A Cure

If you participate in high-impact sports and aren’t wearing a mouthguard, your mouth, teeth and appliances are at serious risk of trauma and damage. A knock to the mouth can have adverse and long-term consequences which can be painful and costly.

Read below to see which type of mouthguard would be best suited to you.

For patients in treatment, we recommend the Signature Mouthguard. Made from, soft, dental vinyl (BPA & Latex free), this mouthguard can be moulded and remoulded throughout the sporting season using the ‘warm and fit’ method at home (always follow the instructions provided).

The clear mouthguard also comes with a clear anti-microbial and anti-bacterial case.  To clean, rinse with water or softly brush with toothpaste or mouthwash and always dry before storing.

For patients who have finished treatment (and have retainers), we recommend a Precision Mouthguard, a heavy duty mouthguard that is not re-mouldable but should last many seasons.

Made from ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), a soft rubber-like thermoforming (heat-forming) material, this retainer is custom-made for you in our lab.
